Before settling into a recliner chair, please remove footwear and socks. The session will involve inspecting and cleaning your feet, applying a non-scented lotion, and reflexology techniques tailored to needs. Throughout and following the session, you will feel a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation for both mind body. We recommend drinking 2-3 glasses of water afterward to aid toxin release.
